Here is a pretty woods that will no doubt have plenty of wildlife in it throughout the season. The woods sits off the road approximately .4 of a mile, the seller has built a nice little cabin overlooking a small pond. The timber is made of nice hardwood, with a tractor lane through the woods you will be able to get anywhere you needed to on the property with a wheeler or tractor. The 30' lane that get to the woods is grass to make it easy to drive on during any time of year. A solid gravel driveway leads to the cabin as well. Once the crops come off this timber will most likely fill up with deer every year. In my opinion all you need to do on this place is actually cut some of the timber to create some thicker habitat and you would have a little honey hole.
